The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Asheville, close to everything that downtown Asheville has to offer all within walking distance. The rooms were very clean and well-equipped, but unfortunately, the ceiling in the bathroom was falling in. The service, particularly housekeeping, was outstanding. The dining experience included delicious tropical fruits. Overall, a great value for money stay with excellent amenities.
